結び目のクラスの中でも特に「有理結び目」または「二橋結び目」
と呼ばれるクラスは特に面白い性質があり，様々な研究がなされている．
今回はその表記法や基本性質，また連分数展開との関係などについて
入門講義を行う．

タイトル：Signed crossing change between two-bridge links

本研究は、signed crossing change についての研究である。金信-村上により、unknotting number
onetwo-bridge knotが決定され、谷山により、 inequivalent unknotting operations
を持つtwo-bridge knots が決定された。その結果を応用し、Soteros et al.の論文中で、両方の signed
unknotting operations を持つ chiral two-bridge knots
が決定された。また、鳥巣、Darcy-SumnersによりGordian distance 1のtwo-bridge
knotの組が決定されている。本講演では、この結果の拡張として、two-bridge knot または link 同士の signed
crossing change についての研究結果を紹介する。

タイトル:ファイバー結び目 入門

アブストラクト:

三次元球面内のファイバー絡み目とは，その補空間がサークル上の曲面束となるものである．
結び目に限定した場合には，補空間の基本群の交換子部分群が有限生成となることと同値となる．
本講演では様々な具体例を用いて，ファイバー曲面を実際に視覚化しながら扱う手法を紹介する．

タイトル：Pseudo-fiber surface and unknotting operation for fibered links

アブストラクト:

In [Ko], it is shown that the unknotting operations for unknotting
number 1 fibered knots are realized by twists on fiber surfaces, which
produce pre-fiber surfaces. In this talk, we propose a formulation
generalizing the result for fibered links with unknotting number $s \geq 2$,
that is, ascending sequence of pseudo-fiber surfaces. Then we
exhibit several examples from Rolfsen’s knot table to show how the
formulation works.

We first review the concept of ascending sequence of pseudo-fiber
surface introduced by the author for generalizing the results of [Ko].
The purpose of these talks is to show how the formulation works for
torus knots. Main Theorem says that for any torus knot $T(p,q)$ ($00$.
In the first talk, we introduce a presentation of certain Seifert
surfaces for torus knots. In the second talk, we give the proof of Main
Theorem by using the presentation.
